**Office Manager (Temporary)** **Location:** East Syracuse, NY **Pay Rate:** $22-$24 per hour **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 1st Shift We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to temporarily join our team in East Syracuse. This position will provide coverage for an employee on medical leave, with the potential for the role to become a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. + Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. + Oversee and manage projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. + Maintain and organize accurate document management systems, ensuring proper filing, storage, and easy retrieval of records. + Provide administrative support including scheduling, ordering office supplies, and assisting with staff needs. + Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create reports, manage calendars, and organize data. + Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Excellent organizational and project management skills. + Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document management and record-keeping. + Effective communication and multitasking abilities. **This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a temporary role, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent position.
