Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Handle customer relations, including resolving concerns and maintaining positive client interactions.
Perform data entry in QuickBooks for billing, invoicing, and financial records.
Manage accounts receivable, payable, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, document creation, and record keeping.
Manage online accounts for business-related services, including vendor portals and customer accounts.
Maintain both digital and physical office files and ensure the office operates efficiently.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
