Responsibilities:
- Direct management of office administration
- Assist the Benefits Coordinator and collaborate with other Office Managers and General Clerks to maintain a productive work environment
- Support Sales Reps to achieve organizational goals
- Participate in training and development
- Coordinate order entry, inter-company orders, and scheduling of production and shipments
- Assist in handling inside sales functions
- Initiate credit decisions and collection actions
- Record keeping of employment and benefit records
- Ensure accounts payable are processed timely
- Handle checking and petty cash distributions and reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience with sales highly preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of office experience
- 3+ years in a supervisor or manager position
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
