Office of the CEO Sr. Associate

Grant Thornton is seeking an Office of the CEO Senior Associate to join the team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 

The Senior Associate within the Office of the CEO is focused on supporting the execution of the CEO’s strategy through the delivery of high-quality tools and mechanisms, analytical problem-solving, and creation of artifacts synthesizing key insights to help drive outcomes to support a culture of empowerment with accountability. 

The Senior Associate will focus on supporting effective day-to-day operations to ensure the Office of the CEO runs smoothly, executing upon proactive improvements where necessary.  This individual will be operationally focused, an agile utility player who can flex as needed, manage competing priorities with ease, and successfully navigate across multiple functions and stakeholder groups to achieve high quality results with speed.

The Senior Associate possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data – both qualitative and quantitative with the big picture in mind.   This role will combine critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and present comprehensive data in a simplified way allowing for easy and fast decision making by leaders.  

The Senior Associate will report directly to the Office of the CEO Manager.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a business field Experience in management consulting / professional services, operations, transformation, or equivalent experience  Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills Highly proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) Effective communication, both written and oral; Experience in delivering sophisticated and consumable messages to leaders Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, ability to agile and flexible to work effectively in changing environments Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally Ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize Professional maturity to maintain strict confidentiality and understand sensitivities of role
