Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering phone calls and fielding them out accordingly, addressing visitors questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment.  This also includes performing administrative duties.

Greet and welcome quest as soon as they arrive at the officeAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsEnsure area is clean and presentableKitchen and bathroom areas are stocked with necessary materialsProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone callReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Qualifications
