\n \n Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a friendly easy-going personality, a customer-oriented approach is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\n

Entry-level position responsible for day-to-day activities such as:

\n\nHandle multi-line phone, screen, assist and forward incoming phone calls. \nReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.\nProvide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.\nData input, including notations, scanning & uploading documents. \nAssist AR department with estoppel verification, coupon ordering, billing and payment questions.\nMaintain operations by following policies and procedures\nAbility to handle large number of tasks at one time while wearing multiple hats.\nAbility to communicate well orally and in writing.\nConsistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented and client focused.\n\n

\n Requirements

Qualifications:

\n\nMinimum one (1) year experience in professional office required.\nDependable and reliable able to work scheduled hours.\nMust be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and workflow.\nProficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communications.\nAble to work independently as well as in team environment.\nProficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word required.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nBilingual a plus but not required.\nCommunity Management office knowledge a plus but not required.\n\n

Employment - Part-time M-F 9:00-3:30PM (with a 30 min unpaid lunch break)

Compensation - $15.00 per hour

\n
