Responsibilities:\n
\u2022 Perform a wide variety of duties such as, but not limited to; Sorting and delivering mail, shipping, meeting\/event set up and support services, reception services, stocking and maintaining of various supplies.
\u2022 Ability to commute to location in and around the greater Chicagoland area
\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service at all times
\u2022 Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
\u2022 Other duties as assigned by manager
\u2022 Superior customer service skills
\u2022 Reliable and self-motivated
\u2022 Able to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels

Special Skills\/Requirements:\n
\u2022 HS Diploma or equivalency required; higher education preferred
\u2022 Minimum 1 years experience preferred in customer service or customer facing, professional environment
\u2022 Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
\u2022 MUST possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently
\u2022 Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills
\u2022 Excellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills
\u2022 Able to learn new skills quickly
\u2022 Flexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities
