Our client, a leading international law firm in Washington, DC, has an urgent need for a temporary Receptionist to support for their office for about 2 months!
About the Job:
* Greet guests and maintain a hospitable environment.
* Handle telephones and related correspondence.
* Maintain a visitors log and notify team of security concerns.
* Provide support for special events and assist with wayfinding.
* Preform additional administrative projects as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of prior receptionist and office services experience is required, preferably in a law firm.
* Previous digital printing and binding experience is required
* Proficiently in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
About the Position:
* Pays $24/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 2 months.
* Potential to become permanent.
* Hours are 11am-7pm.
* 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
