Job DescriptionYour Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Office Services Assistant maintains the daily operations of the Raising Cane’s Support Office, ensuring an efficient and supportive environment for our crewmembers. This role includes supporting office-based meeting coordination, event setup, supply order management, and assistance with special projects. They perform a wide variety of essential tasks, providing all crewmembers with an organized, clean, safe, and positive workspace.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Performs general clerical and office duties, including printing and binding materials, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering suppliesAssists the Meetings and Events team and various departments with setup and teardown for all internal events at the RSOSupports new hire orientationManages RSO supplies for common areas, workrooms, and individual departmentsAssists with all RSO food and beverage requestsEnsures alignment of the DRSO operations support calendar with other cross-functional departmentsEnsures cleanliness and organization in all areas of the Dallas RSOCompletes daily KASADA walks to ensure that the building meets company standardsRun errands for meetings, executive assistants, and leadershipCollaborates closely with various teams to ensure smooth and effective office operationsQualificationsRequirements for Success:
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support roleCollege degree preferred or equivalent experienceDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAble to work out of our Plano, TX support officeAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
