THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As an Ulta Office Services Assistant, you will support the Facility Manager and Office Services team with PrintShop, Mailroom, front desk, and other related tasks as needed. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Processing all incoming and outgoing US. Mail, FedEx, UPS, and internal mail. Operating automated mailing and shipping equipment. Managing mailroom supplies, new hire processing, Coordinating and maintaining office supplies with the Supply Manager Prioritizing and Processing printshop requests, operating high-speed copy and collating equipment Supporting breaks and absences for the Front Reception area. Moving, repair, and installations of office furniture Any other duties consistent with the post as directed by management REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: High School graduate or equivalent 2+ years related work experience in office support, copy or mail services a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Must have a license and vehicle to work between all locations MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office demands Regularly, requires the ability to: walk; reach with hands and arms; stand for a minimum of 6-8 hours; and lift/ or move 50 lbs. Frequently, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch. On an occasional basis, requires the ability to climb a ladder and balance. #LI-JB@ The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.26 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
