Responsibilities:\n\n\u2022 Greeting and welcoming employees to the building.
\u2022 Efficiently check in visitors and notify their parties of their arrivals.
\u2022 Maintain a clean and presentable front desk and lobby area.
\u2022 Receive and sort mail and distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments
\u2022 Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using a computer or service provider's equipment, such as UPS.
\u2022 Ensure delivery of outgoing mail to the courier or post office.
\u2022 Serve as liaison for mail service for client departments. Make timely collection of outgoing mail. (letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, interdepartmental)
\u2022 Track and maintain records and logs of mailing.
\u2022 Sort & distribute incoming parcel shipments from USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx mail.
\u2022 Postage machine: Maintain postage loaded on machine; request maintenance as needed
\u2022 Deliver boxes of paper to copy areas.
\u2022 Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
\u2022 Perform daily restocking of coffee and tea supplies and rinsing of coffee machines
\u2022 Load, run and\/or empty dishwashers as necessary
\u2022 Note pass-downs for Janitorial team in their communication binder
\u2022 Assist with on-site event\/training room set-up, as needed
\u2022 Inventory mailing supplies
\u2022 Order general office supplies
\u2022 All other duties as assigned.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMinimum 2 years customer service and shipping\/receiving related experience preferred
\u2022 Corporate reception or front desk experience is a plus
\u2022 Strong customer service skills
\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent
\u2022 Postage Meter, UPS, FedEx, DHL knowledge a plus
\u2022 Experience with international shipping is a plus
\u2022 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Software
\u2022 Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\u2022 Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
\u2022 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . on a regular basis
\u2022 Attention to detail\n\n
