Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure delivery of all mail, packages, and office supplies daily.\nEnsure all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.\nEnsure effective, timely and communicated sweeps including a posted \"Last Run of the Day\" sweep.\nEnsure all mail and packages - via USPS, UPS (World Ship shipments, UPS online Campus Ship Shipments), are properly prepared and posted.\nEnsure all International shipments are properly packaged and shipped to include commercial invoice.\nNotify client contact when postage meter needs to be refilled and ensure meter is updated.\nCoordinate any Priority Mailings - sort & prepare materials for mailing or shipping via USPS, UPS, etc.\nMaintain inventory of all necessary supplies.\nMan customer service window for employee personal shipments and maintain logs.\nMaintain all required logs for site operation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\n\n
