Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in Chicago, Illinois. This role focuses on providing crucial back office services in both physical and digital environments, extending support across various service lines. The job functions span across multiple industries including legal, banking, and corporate.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and handle customer credit applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Provide reprographic copy and mail services
• Support hospitality and facility services
• Handle audio/visual reception tasks as required
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships through exceptional customer service
• Ensure detail oriented communication via phone and email
• Uphold general back office procedures to meet client satisfaction
• Display acute attention to detail and solid organizational skills in all tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in Office Functions, including administrative tasks, office management, and day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes, showing an understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures.
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling correspondence.
• Knowledge of Facility management, ensuring the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of the office environment.
• Digital savviness, exhibiting competency in using various office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to manage Perks and benefits administration, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Understanding of Banking Operation, showing familiarity with financial transactions, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
