TMG is looking for a Mail Services Associate position located at its Houston, TX, location during absences and PTO.\n
Responsibilities:\n\n Cover all locations within the Houston Market
\nHandle all materials received in the Mail Center [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate,
deliver, transport, etc.].
\nDeliver, pickup, and transport materials within, between, to, and from various departments.
\nDeliver office supplies and copy paper.
\nInspect deliveries for suspicious or threatening items.
\nPick up outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.
\nAbility to sort items into categories according to established methods.
\nPrepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.
\nEnter activity data in logs, maintain records.
\nEnsure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
\nHandle work order service requests into applicable format.
\nPrepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment [such as UPS].
\nProcess invoices related to the services, including invoice verification.
\nAbility to cross train on other roles within department; responsible for carrying out other duties as appropriate due to staff
absences or at the discretion of management.
\nAnswer phone calls and transfer them to the correct location.
\nActivate badges for the correct access to the appropriate buildings.
\nOther duties, as assigned by manager, to fulfill client expectations

Qualifications:\n\nCustomer service and\/or office related experience preferred.
\nReliable Transportation, \nBasic mathematical skills.
\nDemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
\nStrong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
\nHandle multiple projects at one time.
\nAble to meet deadlines.
\nLifting up to 50 lbs.
\nAttention to detail.
\nAbility to exhibit Executive customer service
\nMust be able to pass required background test.\n\n
