Our client, a law firm, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support their team in Washington, DC for a minimum of 6 months, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.Manage and maintain office supply levels.Handle mail collection and distribution.Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.Provide support through tasks as required.Qualifications:
1+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience is required.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Ability to provide top-notch customer service.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Compensation/Benefits:
