Office Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude\nPrompt response to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and visitors; assists with work tickets, meeting support inquiries, package pick-ups and deliveries\nManage multiple Outlook mailboxes and various requests; coordinates all service calls and work orders required by the client\nAssists with hospitality and conference room sets where necessary\nDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, fast paced environment\nMaintain all logs and reporting documentation\nAdhere to business procedure guidelines and safety processes\nParticipate in cross training\nCompletes other tasks\/duties as assigned by the Site Lead or Account Manager\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHS Diploma or equivalency required; higher education preferred
\nMinimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer facing, professional environment
\nProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
\nMUST possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently
\nMust be adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills
\nExcellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills
\nAble to learn new skills quickly
\nFlexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities
\nStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
\nAble to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders\/customers
\nMaintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials
\nPunctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence
\nMaintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
\nAble to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and\/or sit for extended periods of time
\nAble to lift or move 40lbs or greater at times
