Hourly Rate $11.33
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thurs, 7:30-5:30; Fri, 7:30-11:30, Overtime, describe requirements - As needed.
Summary of Position
Provides support services to the Coordinator of Transfer Evaluations in the performance of system-wide Student Service responsibilities.
Minimum Required Education
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
Three years wage earning clerical experience or certification relevant trade school (30 college credits) and six months wage earning clerical experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Must be proficient with various office machines, to include copy machines, scanners and personal computers.
+ Ability to generate reports and review large amounts of data with high degree of accuracy.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Power Point, Access and Excel.
+ Ability to learn and utilize Colleague database.
+ Ability to work on several projects at once; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; and work well with others.
+ Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage stressful situations with a positive attitude; organize work to meet or exceed job specifications. Attention to detail and task oriented.
+ Perform tasks and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
