Position Information Position Title Office Specialist II Workforce Education, Academic Outreach, & Lifelong Learning FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Campus Admin-Service Area Campus Service Area Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 11.91 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30 Summary of Position This position provides essential support to the Dean of Workforce Education, Academic Outreach, and Lifelong Learning by managing a diverse range of administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation, as well as maintaining records for workforce programs, dual-credit, and personal enrichment courses. They collaborate closely with the Dean to support program oversight, grant administration, and public relations efforts, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with institutional priorities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are crucial in this role. Minimum Required Education High School diploma or GED required.
