Overview
Job Summary:Adoration Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organizedOffice Support Assistantto join our Memphis team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Location:Cordova, TNPosition Type:Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Coverage area: Shelby County
Must have:Valid drivers license, healthcare background, strong computer, phone, and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient office operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for performing critical support and administrative functions needed to ensure our agency offices function efficiently and where your organizational, interpersonal, time management and attention-to-detail skills will prove valuable.
+ Operating a multi-line telephone system and routing calls to the appropriate person
+ Printing, scanning and uploading documents as needed
+ Generating missed visit reports and faxing missed visits and summaries to physicians
+ Collecting, distributing and sending mail
Qualifications
+ Minimum of one (1) year of office experience in a high volume, fast-paced healthcare setting; home health, hospice or skilled nursing care facility experience a plus
+ Excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with patient care providers and referral sources
+ Ability to successfully navigate multiple priorities with a sensitivity to complete tasks in a prompt manner
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and internet tools
+ Knowledge of electronic medical records system a plus
+ Reliable transportation, driver’s license and current automobile insurance
