As the Office Support Clerk, you will ensure that coworkers and visitors have access to the many resources available in our Chesterfield, MO office. You will work closely with the Corporate Real Estate Management team and will play a part in maintaining a safe, functional, and positive environment for our employees.

You and Your Job

As an Office Support Clerk, you will be successful by supporting the Corporate Real Estate Management team in providing essential services to the Chesterfield, MO office.

The Office Support Clerk will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages on a daily basis. They will also keep the coffee stations, pantries and copy rooms well stocked, organized and tidy. This role keeps the office functioning and is a key contributor to an environment where employees are proud to work.

Job Responsibilities

Pick up mail at specified time each morning, sort and distribute mail by department, and deliver checks and other urgent items immediately to appropriate departments.

Run all outgoing mail through the postage meter, adding funds and requesting supplies/maintenance for meter as needed

Rearrange Training Rooms ahead of meetings

Monitor office supply inventory in all copy rooms, keeping areas well stocked and requesting supply orders

Maintains supplies at beverage bars and pantries, keeping areas tidy

Load and unload dishwashers each day, restocking mugs and dishes

Back up Main Receptionist on a daily basis

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
