This is a full-time, permanent, Mon-Fri, 40-hour/week schedule.
Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to produce customer's projects according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling and binding documents. Ensures all copy jobs are met to client job specifications and order deadline dates.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and preparing projects for printing, including electronic file conversion, document scanning and enhancement from start to delivery Completion of 30,000 scanned pages per month and/or 20 books per day. Prepping documents, removing staples, post-it, paper clips, replacing tabs Scanning documents, placing documents in scanner, ensuring all documents are scanned and indexing material in various software. Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy Reassembly of all documents. Provide scheduled maintenance to machines conducting cleaning of glass, changing rollers, dusting inside and outside of the scanner and general cleanness of work space Data entry Running reports Keeping logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all scanners on site May be physically demanding requiring frequent standing, lifting, etc., as necessary Reception, mail, and light facilities support may be required Any activities as directed by their ManagerEducation & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centreSkills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships Strong self-motivation to drive results Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Effective use of Microsoft Office Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
