Office Technician
Job Description DAY TO DAY: In this role, you will be responsible for handling and processing reports for local municipalities, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will perform various administrative tasks to support project operations, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and systems, providing technical support as needed. You will communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards.
