About our Office TechOur Office Tech team is responsible for managing and maintaining all technology used within Klick's environment. This includes a wide range of tasks, from setting up workstations for new employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, to managing network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems. The Office Tech team is a go-to for any technical issues or needs that arise in the office setting. They're equipped to handle everything from computer setups, network connectivity issues, to troubleshooting software and hardware problems.

We are seeking an experienced Office Technology Manager to lead our IT team, overseeing office technology systems and driving productivity through strategic technology solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT management, leadership, and vendor relationsMinimum Qualifications:Proven experience in IT management with a focus on office technology and systemsStrong leadership abilities with demonstrated project management experienceExtensive knowledge of hardware, software, and network solutionsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for addressing IT issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical staffDesired Qualifications:Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating technology contractsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT and facilitiesProven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that improve office productivityFamiliarity with procurement processes for IT equipment and servicesRelevant certifications suRelevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similarWhat you will do:Lead and manage the office technology team to ensure optimal IT performanceOversee implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all office technology, including hardware and Develop and execute technology strategies that enhance operational efficiencyCollaborate with IT, facilities, and other departments to integrate technology solutionsManage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and procurement of technologyEnsure timely resolution of IT issues and identify areas for improvementAssist in developing, maintaining, and enforcing IT policies and best practicesMaintain up-to-date documentation on IT proceduresAssist with software license compliance across the organizationSome budget responsibilities, including managing project spendingTrain and coach IT staff, communicate expectations, and evaluate performance through regular meetingsGenerate reports to track Service Desk performance and asset inventory, identifying areas for improvementJoin us in shaping a seamless and efficient tech environment!
