JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Responsibility Officer is expected to assist implementation of social compliance monitoring and initiatives of company, as well as support legal documentation handling and IP protection. This position will contact external parties and suppliers in order to assist vendor onboarding and PLM data update. This person shall also be responsible to assist the team on any CR project.

RESPONSIBLILITY

Support vendor approval process through social compliance monitoring programCommunicate with 3rd party audit firms in social compliance audit scheduling and coordinationUpload legal documents, audit reports and related documents to PLM and ensure data accuracySupport intellectual property compliance and anti-counterfeiting mattersOccasionally conduct in-house assessment or visit to factories in order to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providersMonitor corrective action plan and remediation upon social compliance audit, and assist to develop best practice guidance documents relevant to health & safety, labor documentation maintenance, environmental friendly practices, worker training, etc.Support Corporate Responsibility related program or project implementationProvide administrative support to CR Team

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Bachelor's Degree holder of Social Science, Business Administration, Environmental/Industrial Engineering or equivalent1-3 years’ experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), social science, labor, environment, health & safety regulations or international labor standardExperience on vendor management and process management of supply chainStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levelsProactive and self-motivatedA good team player and able to work independentlyGood written and verbal English and Mandarin, other foreign languages are advantageousProficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Travel as needed
