Job DescriptionThe Officer, Risk Execution is accountable for supporting the Risk Execution Manager in overseeing, assessing, and performing physical sample testing on key critical risk, compliance, and regulatory controls within the assigned Area / Region / Province.
Conduct comprehensive risk testing and evaluations, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.Support risk management strategy development, monitor risk trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective risk assessment procedures.Maintain thorough documentation, stay updated on regulatory changes, and contribute to a strong organizational risk management culture.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
First Degree in Banking or related field (NQF7 or Higher)Experience Required:
5-7 years of extensive experience in Personal and Private Banking with a strong understanding of regulatory and risk requirements.Expertise in risk management principles, with a proven track record of conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory compliance, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining high professional standards in a highly regulated environment.Excellent communication skills for articulating risk-related matters to stakeholders at all levelsAdditional InformationBehavioural Competencies:
