Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Assist the department head to formulate and implement active MCI agency recruitment strategies

Proactively assist on creative recruitment strategies by penetrating various markets and setting up MCI agency recruitment governance

Collaborate with event vendors, venues, and other stakeholders on executing agency recruitment events

Product professional event proposals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports

Promote events & engage attendees via social media (e.g. XHS, IG) platforms


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline

At least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector with experience in agency recruitment, development, and communications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

Familiar with agency culture and mainland culture

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin

Proficient user in MS Office applications
