The Horticultural Manager manages a horticultural team to maintain the highest standards of landscape management and horticultural operations. He performs and supports horticultural practices, which includes sustainability and integrated pest management practices that encourages overall plant health and soil nutrition. He ensures horticultural contract specifications are met to satisfaction, liaises with relevant authorities and other stakeholders, and attends to feedback and complaints pertaining to horticultural matters.

Attend site inspections, tender interviews and meetings. Attend to feedback and complaints concerning horticultural matters. Ensure horticultural contract specifications meet satisfaction. Liaise with relevant authorities and other stakeholders. Manage resources, which may include labor, time and equipment, to complete work within established budgets. Perform and support horticultural practices, including sustainability and integrated pest management practices, that encourage overall plant health and soil nutrition. Prepare horticulture and management reports.

 

Any Graduate with 3+ Years of experience in the field of Real Estate Channel Partnering, or any other industry with horticulture  experience.
