Support the Wealth and Pensions - Product Proposition team in producing marketing materials, updating website, managing budget and resources, and managing team administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Marketing Material Production

Produce MPF & ORSO marketing materials on a monthly and quarterly basis, including fund factsheets and performance reports, market investment insights’ reports, and sales toolkits.Update MPF & ORSO marketing materials onto the websiteCoordinate the issuance of loyalty club event letters and vouchers with internal and external partiesWork closely with internal and external parties to coordinate and ensure smooth, good execution of the marketing materialsMaintain good documentation and database of completed materialsHandle ad hoc marketing-related projects assigned by team leadSupport PRP process with compliance and legal

Budget and Resource Management

Support budget tracking, expense monitoring and cost tracking documentingInput purchase request and process invoiceAssist in preparing budget reportsSupport TPRM and procurement processes

Team Administrative Management

Coordinate team meetings and maintain team calendarsSupport team communication and correspondence

Preferred skills

Excellent language and writing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese. Good language and writing skills in Simplified Chinese is a definite advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent project management and coordination skillsAttentive to details, especially in proofreading texts and numbersProficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese word processingWork independently and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment in a timely mannerIn-depth knowledge of MPF pensions and group health benefits market is a definite advantageGood analysis and problem-solving skills

Qualifications  

University graduate in marketing, communications, and/or related fields preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing, or related field in financial, pensions, and/or insurance sectors. More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Officer.
