Hobby Lobby Printing is seeking an exceptional, talented individual to join our company as an Offset Second Pressman for our Heidelberg XL106 who also possess these attributes:

This full-time position is located within the company’s Manufacturing Building in Oklahoma City with a work schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday. 

Starting salary is $19.25 per hour.

Function:

Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized processMake ready and operate offset printing press with Offset First PressmanFollow job ticket to determine print quantity, stock specifications, colors and special printing instructionsPerform proper cleaning and required maintenance of the pressPerform other duties as assigned by ManagerMust be willing to commit long term as we are looking for team-oriented individualsMaintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team effortsDemonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interactionDisplay commitment to follow all company policies and procedures Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed  

NOTE:  Ability to lift 45 Lbs.

2+ years’ experience as Pressman with an in-depth knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of a Heidelberg XL106 Printing Press or equivalent.• 2 years’ experience with color printing (4-color preferably)Must be able to perform physical duties of position such as unpacking paper and building press ready pallets requiring lifting, pushing, pulling and handling up to 45 lbs.A working knowledge of print, design, and color managementOperational knowledge of a pile turnerGood visual identification – attention to detailA high school diploma or GEDAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTechnically and mechanically orientedMotivated and highly productiveAbility to walk, stand, pull, bend, and push 8 hours per dayAbility to adapt to changeProblem solverGood attendance is requiredReliable transportation is requiredGood listening and communication skills
