Summary: Seeking a Principal Permitting Specialist with extensive experience in offshore wind development and federal, state, and local permitting processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Ten+ years of job-related experience Demonstrated experience in Federal, State (NY/NJ), and/or Local permitting processes Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Article 7 related to construction Offshore wind development experience Experience interfacing with State and/or Federal Agencies Technically proficient within subject matter or demonstrated ability to learn the business Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Responsibilities:

Comprehensive understanding of Federal and/or State permitting and environmental processes/requirements Familiarity with typical environmental studies required for infrastructure projects in NY/NJ and on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Understanding of processes to obtain easements, requirements within right-of-ways, and real estate acquisition/development Some travel required

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
