Offsite Account Manager, Agency

What You'll Do:

Criteo is in search of a detail oriented Campaign Manager to join our Retail Media Offsite team for the Retail Media Division in the U.S. You will manage a book of business consisting of both self-service and managed service accounts, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from your accounts as possible, all while balancing the client’s goals and objectives. You will work across multiple internal/external teams and stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world class client experience. Additionally, you will be working with our product and technical teams to surface and solve problems, with an eye towards shaping the future of our Offsite solution. We are very excited to be in the US as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized Retail Media solutions.

Co-own strategy and the day to day relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure we exceed their expectations and drive growth

Own the planning and RFP process for all Offsite activations

Launching & optimizing campaigns and proposing strategies to help meet or exceed the customers performance goals

Ensuring we spend as much of the campaign’s booked Offsite revenue as possible by working with multiple internal stakeholders

Partner with the Offsite Sales team to deliver revenue and campaign performance objectives across a shared book of business

Pull basic reporting to supplement those strategic recommendations

Monitoring the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues

Client-facing engagement and presentation

Regular status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies

Who You Are:

5+ years of experience in Account Strategy and/or Campaign Management, preferably in programmatic media

A passion for building relationships, driving growth and sales.

Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients a plus.

A flexible and quick thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team

A self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team

Understand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time

Strong technical knowledge base related to optimizing and managing auction-based campaigns (DSPs, Advanced Excel)

Proficiency with client-facing communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a dynamic small team environment

Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including – Sales, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services

Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry

A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$84,000 - $105,000
