Job Description: OIC Architect with strong hands on experience in design of complex OIC processes integrating Oracle HCM with third party applications Should also be able to discuss and conclude on prototype VBCS extensions required for HCM SaaS Define integration design patterns, error handling strategy, align design of interfaces with global design template Enforce best practices and interface with customer business and tech leads during various SLDC phases. Certifications Required

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for the role is between $170,500/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
