Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Hourly Rate: $22.75 an hour + $$0.25 shift differential **Compensation:** + Starting pay $22.75/hour **Shifts Available:** + 2nd Shift is 2:30pm-11pm + Must be able to work overtime 4 hours before or after shift depending on needs **You Will:** + Demonstrate behaviors in support of company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries. + Perform quality checks as specified in procedures. + Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training. + Follow all training documents for job in assigned area. + Keep all work areas and equipment clean and safe. + Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly. + The ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers. + Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). + Perform other duties that the Team Leader or Production Manager might require.. **You Have:** + Desire to work in food manufacturing environment. + Availability to work overtime; typically 4 hours before or after a shift. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds. + Experience working in a processing, production, manufacturing, or distribution environment for 6 months or more. + Experience maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.
