What you will do.

Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions.

Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to include on-prem and cloud/SaaS to streamline authentication and authorization processes.

Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta.

Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement identity management solutions that meet business needs.

Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users on Okta functionalities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Okta and identity management technologies.

What You Will Need:

At Minimum Six (6) years of IT experience.

Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed.

Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution.

Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture.

Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth/SSO.

Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta.

Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens.

Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues.

Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats and mitigating IT solutions.

Experience developing cybersecurity policies.

Experience with online research techniques.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Must be willing to work East Coast hours.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, Consultant, Developer, and/or Architect certifications.

Experience leveraging Okta APIs to construct calls for required tasks.

Experience leveraging of PowerShell scripts and their application for Okta.

Experience following established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement.

Familiarity with SDLC process, including designing and developing applications.

Broad knowledge of information system technologies with willingness to learn new technologies.

Experience with cloud provider services (AWS or Azure) and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes .

Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution.

The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
