The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst for a permanent role within the Europe FP&A team.
As a FP&A Senior Analyst for the Europe region, you will report into the FP&A Senior Manager and be responsible for leading commercial financial analysis for several Europe markets and practices.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
Leading business partnering and commercial decision support across a number of business intersections (across select markets and practices)Analysis of key performance indicators across revenue, capacity, utilization, WIP / AR and costs, and provision of insightful analysis and messaging to leadership teamsSupporting analysis of project and partner economics, and provision of timely information to support queries or requestsEngaging with business leaders, plus colleagues in other support teams (including Human Capital and the Business Impact Team) to drive the quarterly business reviews and annual budget cycle for the supported business intersectionsLeading financial counsel on commercial pricing, including investment appraisal and review of non standard fee structuresLeading on ad hoc regional FP&A process improvement and MIS reporting initiatives and automationDelivering other ad hoc regional strategic financial analysis and projects as neededWho We Are Looking For:
Essential:
You will have 5-8 years of commercial Financial Analysis work experience within a multinational commercial organizationWe will also consider applications from individuals who are currently working within a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy practice, have been preparing commercial financial analysis for their clients and who is looking to make a move into industryFinancial Analysis skills; you will be experienced in preparing financial analysis and impactful storytelling to support business decisionsStrong Excel skillsEnglish & German language skillsDesirable:
Finance qualification (e.g. CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CPA)Salesforce and / or Tableau experience, or other finance ERP systems.Please submit your resume in English.
