The Opportunity:
The Human Capital Operations Coordinator for Netherlands and Nordics role is responsible for the coordination and administration of HC related activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, contract and letter generation, data entry to the HR system (Workday), answering benefits queries, resolving problems and providing a payroll change instructions. Acting as a liaison between employees, relevant benefit/external providers, and business units the Human Capital Coordinator provides a high level of client service to employees to ensure there is a positive employee experience.
The working hours are 9-6 with one-hour lunch break.
This is a 7-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilties:
Generating and administering new hire documentation, including references, employment contracts, offer letters and all leaver documentationAssisting in updating of Policies & ProceduresResponding to all reference requests for past employees in a timely mannerAssisting Human Capital in advising employees and supervisors regarding benefitsWorking closely with Recruitment department in areas such as processing new hire documentationMaintaining and regularly auditing employee network filesMaintaining HRIS database (ET) and WorkDaySupporting benefits administration including implementation of any new benefitsResponding to payroll and benefit queriesAdministering and validating the monthly payrollMonitoring the mailboxes for Human Capital operations queriesAssisting with requesting and processing Background checks with our Provider/ Ministry of Justice and maintain recordsAssisting with the maintenance of holiday tracking in both OW finance systems and payrollsProcessing any flexible working requestsAdditional support on any ongoing HC operations project workMaintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.Orientating new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll informationDocumenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and recordsActing as a conduit to all external parties including acting as a point of contact for all state services and providing the necessary data and reportingAdminstering all benefits and acting as the primary point of contact for the benefit teamRunning the EU cross border registration process for all Copenhagen, Stockholm & Amsterdam based employees who are staffed in relevant countriesReporting regularly to the central compensation teamKeeping up to date with legal changes and working with regional HCM to implement any necessary adjustmentsArranging exit interviews for leaversProcessing HR related invoices and following up with the finance team where necessaryPoint of contact for audit requests from the finance team.Experience required:
Previous HR administration experience or an HR background is preferredFluency in English and Swedish, Dutch or DanishPrevious experience and familiarity with the Microsoft Office packageData entry experience preferable.Skills & Attributes:
