Job Overview:

As a Junior Contracts Process Administrator, you will be assisting the Contracts Specialist in the review, filing, and organization of contract documents that are uploaded into the contract collection database. You will work with Certinia, Teams, and SharePoint on a daily basis. You will review contracts to confirm the existence of certain terms, coordinate with different parts of the business if they do not, and then file them off in a database once completed.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be reviewing documents and contracts uploaded into the contracts collection system for specific terms.

You will identify the required contract documents that need to be reviewed and filed.

You will work with project teams to ensure they understand what is needed if anything is missing.

Once confirmed, you will check them off in the system, and then file them off in the electronic file system.

You will work with the Contracts Specialist to manage the daily entry of contract documents, review for the required terms, and file them off.

Experience Required:

Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in international environment

Previous experience in administration, customer service or tech support may be an asset

Good understanding of Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint

Proficient in English (level C2)

Skills and Attributes:

Able to work independently, under time pressure and execute tasks within short deadlines

Able to follow strict procedures and guidelines; completes work to agreed standards with attention to detail and high accuracy

Respond to feedback and seek guidance where needed

Takes personal accountability, mindful of client confidentiality and risk policies

Good in organizing and administrating data

Good problem-solving and technical skills
