Job Overview

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring life cycle for experienced professionals across the Asia Pacific Region.

You will

Post job openings on internal and external platforms including LinkedInAssist in researching and sourcing candidate profilesSupport application screening and candidate shortlisting  Conduct screening calls with candidates to assess suitability and expectations, providing feedback and recommendations to RecruitersCoordinate and arrange virtual and in-person interviews, including calendar management, room booking, candidate communication and interview briefing, ensuring prompt communication with candidates, Recruiters and Hiring ManagersCoordinate the gathering of interview feedback and calibration processesSupport offer and onboarding processes by contributing to the preparation, issuance and collection of new hire documentation, ensuring close liaison with the Human Capital Operations teamPartner with Recruiters to manage all components of Workday, our applicant tracking system, including creating requisitions and processing candidate applicationsMaintain up-to-date recruiting databases to ensure accurate reporting and information managementProvide flexible administrative support and participate in ad-hoc special projects as neededUphold and promote Oliver Wyman’s values, including our commitment to inclusion and diversity, at every stage of the recruitment process

You’ll have

2-3 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or administrative role with professional services or tech is preferred.A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and MS Outlook calendar scheduling functions is essential.Familiarity with recruiting systems such as Workday Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
