THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Senior Lead Graphic/Motion Designer to join our Design Discipline in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic visuals and animations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively, supporting a variety of design challenges and industries.
You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including the Customer First Concept Lab, to prototype and refine solutions across industries such as healthcare, travel, and finance. Your work will focus on creating impactful visual systems, animations, and prototypes that contribute to various projects, from client presentations to complex user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality visuals for presentations, pitches, digital interfaces, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency, creativity, and strategic alignment across all deliverables.Develop animations, motion graphics, and prototypes that enhance static designs, creating smooth transitions and engaging narratives that captivate audiences.Employ best practices in visual design to make abstract concepts clear, compelling, and accessible.Collaborate with business strategists, designers, and other experts to ensure your work aligns with project objectives.Explore new tools and techniques, iterate designs based on feedback, and develop reusable assets to improve efficiency.Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio.Advanced in design, motion, and prototype software, e.g. Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.Experience leading team members and projects to successful resolution.Proven ability to distill complex concepts into engaging visuals and animations that align with strategic goals and resonate with audiences.Strong collaboration skills with team members across disciplines and industries, with stakeholders of varying levels, and in complex client environments.WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US

The applicable base salary range for this role is $200-240K
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
