Key Responsibilities:

 

CRM:

Strategy Implementation: Execute the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Campaign Management: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, execution, and analytics. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on CRM activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and Merchant teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business goals.

 

Site Merchandising:

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Team and Bash Partners to measure and direct on-site traffic to feature categories and product ranges that ensures continuous visibility of all Product Categories Optimise and work together with Bash partners to continuously improve the integrity of navigation on site, app navigation and search optimisation. Measure and improve the performance of all site merchandising assets, including landing pages and CMS tools, by evaluating the performance of each merchandising initiative and deployment. Launch new strategic themes and merchandising assets including seasonal landing pages and anchor promotions.

 

Paid Media:

Campaign Management: strategize & manage paid campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, with the guidance and support of the online trading manager  Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns to ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving targeted returns on investment. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of paid campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

1-2 year qualification + digital qualification or 3 year relevant qualification. At least 2 – 3 years eCommerce experience

 

Skills:

High degree of numeracy and analytical, detailed, systematic and strategic approach to work Computer literacy (MS Office suite and intermediate excel) and some experience of CMS (Content Management System),  Understanding of HTML Codes Strong potential for business acumen and merchant thinking Good organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies Ability to understand web analytics, tracking and reporting A resourceful and can-do attitude to all eventualities
