Key Responsibilities:

Product imaging

Tracking product input dates for stores Coordinating with the Merchant team to receive samples Tracking and managing samples Briefing in the studio for the product to be imaged Dropping off samples QC product images

Product Upload

Enriching the product copy and attribute to ecommerce systems for optimal SEO Ensure appropriate merchandising of product across collections for best discovery Working with Bash partner success to manage all platform requirements Actively monitors stock levels on the website and in the OTD DC, and works with the relevant teams to ensure that stock allocations are optimised (including IBTs, old & damaged stock)

Site Maintenance & CRM

Ongoing maintenance of relevant collections Ability to identify new content opportunities and proactively bring ideas and innovation to improve the customer experience and aid conversion  Effective roll out of campaigns and promotions across Newsletters and website

Customer care Support

Takes responsibility within the department to professionally manage all external customer service queries until the query is resolved and closed to the customer’s satisfaction Communicating with the Bash customer care team and relevant brand functional teams for resolution Ensures the brand image / identity is maintained during all interactions with internal & external customers

One Stock support

Manage and support One Stock stores  Manage One Stock customer and store queries 

 Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years working experience in eCommerce retail High degree of numeracy and analytical skills, detailed, systematic and strategic approach to work Computer literacy and some experience of applications such as CMS, Slack, MS Teams Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies

Ability to understand web analytics, tracking and reporting Strong potential for business acumen and merchant thinking Good organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Desire to develop a career in omni-channel retail or ecommerce
