Job Description:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience requiredWork Experiences:
Experience in ecommerce, brand management, marketing, buying, retail, or relevant area requiredSkills:
Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentLeads by example and models a passion for the business as well as demonstrates a proactive and solution orientated styleStrong Excel capabilities required, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPAbility to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentationsExcellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metricsAnalytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and externalProven ability to recognize and adapt to company cultureResponsibilities:
Ensure delivery of product detail page content, via third party provider, within established budget and timelines.Partner with major brands to acquire digital imagery, other digital assets, or physical samples to facilitate the timely completion of product page contentEstablish product content distribution strategies and tactics and maintain day to day interaction with third party product copy providerWork daily, weekly, and future task lists of products for content and image completionEstablish and maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal partners when obtaining images, data, and other materials needed to build website pagesFollow best practices as defined by the SEO team when writing and enhancing material for the websitePartner with merchant group to activate all significant product launches and intraday launches consistent with brand guidelines and competitive landscape demandsInformally shares appreciation and feedback to improve the performance of othersDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rulesAbility to remain flexible & innovative; Duties may change, and team member may be required to take on additional projects and/or tasks within Omnichannel ContentPhysical Requirements & Attendance:
