From your PASSION to ours The Omnichannel Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy, Planning & Activation team, responsible for developing and executing retail specific omnichannel marketing programs. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about consumer behavior, retail marketing, and integrated campaign development. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, shopper marketing, and brand activation, while working cross-functionally with sales, brand, and external retail partners. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Marketing Strategy & Execution + Develop and execute omnichannel marketing programs across key retailers (in-store & online), ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact. + Collaborate with brand teams to translate national marketing campaigns into tailored retail activations, including digital advertising, in-store promotions, and shopper engagement initiatives. + Lead the development of retailer-specific media plans, including audience targeting, digital display, and social media activations in collaboration with agency partners. + Oversee creative asset development for retailer marketing programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Retailer Collaboration & Insights + Serve as the expert on assigned retail partners, analyzing consumer/shopper trends, retailer programs, and category performance to inform marketing plans. + Foster strong relationships with Retailer Marketing teams to gain insights into their challenges, growth objectives, and priorities. + Act as the go-to omnichannel resource for the Lactalis US Yogurt field sales and marketing teams, providing strategic recommendations aligned with retailer and brand goals. + Support sell-in and customer meeting needs for specific managed retailers. Performance Analysis & Optimization + Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize marketing plans and provide actionable insights. + Deliver post campaign reports with key learnings and future recommendations. + Lead development of online creative assets (Mobile Ready Hero Images, carousel assets) for LUSY’s brands and work closely with eComm Operations team to ensure digital shelf content is up to date. + Manage creative and legal approvals for all customer programs. + Assist with budget reconciliation, ensuring expenses align with the plan. This includes tracking invoices, reporting to sales and finance teams, and supporting financial targets. + Manage omnichannel couponing efforts, including bar code creation, performance tracking, and analysis. + Gather input from the sales team on ad-hoc marketing requests, develop a strategic proposal, and present recommendations to the Omnichannel and Sales leadership teams for monthly review and consideration. From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, shopper marketing, or CPG-related marketing roles. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. + Excellent time management skills. + Previous experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail marketing, or omnichannel marketing is preferred. + Strong strategic, problem solving and verbal/written communications skills. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish close working relationships and interact positively with multiple departments and locations – both in person and remote. + Strong work ethic and attention to detail with ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines. + Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel within a competitive product category (yogurt). + Must have high degree of proficiency with all Microsoft applications – Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook. + Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media advertising, or digital media planning is a plus.
