Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making + Support across the omnichannel strategy and business operations team Transparency & Reporting: Partner across the Retail Pharmacy omnichannel organization, ensuring clarity on omnichannel initiatives, and report on the progress and milestones of Pharmacy Growth programs + Executive Communication & Team Facilitation: Simplify complex project details for executive understanding, establish work prioritization metrics, and ensure important project details are communicated across teams effectively **Experience:** + 3+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development + 3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps, and/or bringing technology solutions to life + 1+ years of experience working on cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end + 3+ years technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Education:** Bachelor's Required.
