The Output Management Specialist (OMS Analyst) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes related to the generation, management, and distribution of business-critical documents and outputs. This role ensures the efficient handling of print and electronic output, including customer invoices, statements, and internal reports, leveraging specialized output management solutions and technologies. The specialist works with various teams to streamline output workflows, enhance document delivery processes, and implement automation solutions, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Your Tasks
Planning and executing projects independently, while taking priorities and requirements into account. Developing and implementing IT expertise in collaboration with departments, while considering the overall architecture and strategic objectives. Establishing the specifications of developments made for the project. Consulting other departments in the area of IT-related matters and problems. Documenting relevant processes for team collaboration. Accurately follow processes and procedures as documented. Actively developing their own expertise.

Your ProfileKnowledge of Microsoft Office products. Programming experience in an object-oriented programming language (e.g. ABAP/OO, JAVA) Experience in shaping printer forms Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to use soft skills (mainly customer/client focused) Knowledge of current OMS products, preferred. 2+ years of SAP development skills (mainly ABAP/4, ABAP OO, interfaces to Interactive Forms, function block design and implementation, document layout), preferred. Knowledge of methods for ITIL and DevOps in theory with practical experience desirable Project management skills helpful (e.g. Prince2, Scrum, etc.). Experience with SAP modules SD/WM, preferred.
