ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision is looking for an experienced On-Air Talent who is versatile and creative talent capable of engaging audiences in multiple Hispanic markets, particularly with the Latin culture in general. YOUR DAY-DAY:
Read scripts or ad/libs, introduces and closes shows
Announces station breaks, commercials or public service announcements
Interview musical personalities and guests
Acts as hosts at community, charitable, or promotional events
Mixes and announces music from the station’s playlist
Uses MScore, BDS and other various electronic measurement/monitoring reports for regular review of market competitive airplay
Coordinates internal research on new music
Participates in regular internal music meetings to review new music, collate music facts and suggest rotations with Content Director
Participates in post-research meetings to decide and implement results of music research projects (AMT’s)
YOU HAVE:
Minimum 1-years’ experience in a similar position.
Must possess impeccable diction in Spanish language
Knowledgeable in popular music genres: Dance, Pop, Electronic, Hip Hop, Spanish Contemporary, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Urbano, etc.
Proficiency on social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Preferable Social Media Impact over 5M+ and 2K+ Reach
Recognized personality in major markets
Knowledge in audio and video editing software
Knowledge of current events
English language a plus
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
