THE JOB: 

As a On Call Retail Stock Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $18

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery in order to transport it to retail stores and storage roomsPrepare store to store transfers and return to vendor items on provided formsCommunicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers/Managers and VendorsAssist in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle countsAssist sales associates as needed with guests needs following the company’s S.H.O.W. guest service standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and stocked environment aligning with visual merchandising standards through product replenishment and upkeepMaintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policiesPerform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of ageCurrently holds or is willing to obtain a TAM CardHas a flexible schedule to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysHas prior experience as a stock associate or in a warehouse settingHas 6+ months of retail experienceExperience in a similar resort settingPolished appearance and presentabilityIs dependable and service-focused
