**Overview** **ABM is a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for an on-call snow shoveler.** **Part-time seasonal 4-6 months** **This is NO UNION on call seasonal snow removal position for City of Chicago Zone 1 (AREA NW SITE OF THE CITY: ROOSEVELT to DEVON and HARLEM to KEDZIE). This position requires the employee to work on multiple buildings to remove snow from the sidewalks. Shift starts at 11PM or midnight (12AM) and employee needs to be able work for 10, 12,14 or more hours till snow removal is done up to the city's expectation.** **This is physical work using equipment such as snowblowers, shovels etc. Each new hired employee who will be working in snow is responsible for their own winter clothing such as a winter jacket, hat, gloves, winter boots etc.** **The snow shoveler provides the removal of snow within assigned areas. The assigned area would include sidewalks, entrance doors and turnstiles. Equipment used includes shovels.
