THE JOB:  

As a Spa Concierge, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.  

STARTING PAY RATE:  $15 Hourly, Plus Tips

SCHEDULE:  On Call 

Spa Hours of Operation:


Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients

Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

Personalize recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

Perform other job-related duties as requested  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Currently holds or is able to obtain both a Food Handler’s Card and TAM Card

Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays 

Has a flexible schedule

Is dependable and service-focused

Has prior experience in a front desk, concierge, receptionist, VIP representative, or guest experience role.

Has prior experience using Zenoti, LMS , and Microsoft Office
