Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Summary: The Inside Sales role partners with our service delivery and service sales teams to develop proactive service recommendations, grow the sales funnel and deliver revenue. Contact hospitals, clinics, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and other outpatient facilities over the phone to drive sales of the recommended services. Meet/Exceed sales and revenue quotas. Prospects, qualifies, and closes new business.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

Partner with our field sales teams to build relationships within accounts, assist in developing a business strategy to maximize opportunities for all productsAchieve sales order and funnel growth volumes within assigned accounts/ territoryQualify opportunities into the funnel and drive customer contact penetration in assigned accountsImprove customer satisfaction by developing strong relationships with customers and field teamAlign to Inside Sales priorities and perform to customer contact related metricsTrack customer contact results and outcomes and opportunities through CRM tool and applicable tools and trackersRigorous follow up and teaming with field team on deal and customer engagement strategiesDevelop a strong understanding of the GE Healthcare product portfolio to offer creative solutions to customersConduct timely follow up with internal teams with adherence to all quality and compliance based expectations and process requirementsDrive focused sales and marketing campaigns and follow up on opportunities for coverage and customer contact improvementMaintain and grow understanding of market dynamics to drive creative solutions with customersUnderstand basic clinical applications, functions, features, and benefits of the products and contract offerings with the ability to communicate them clearly to customersPerform other sales focused tasks as needed to drive sales growth

 

Qualifications/Requirement:

Bachelors degree preferred2+ years of successful inside or outside sales experience.Highly motivated with excellent verbal, phone and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite productsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictionMust be willing to travel to Milwaukee or Waukesha, WI

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $47,200.00-$70,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
